What to expect in individual therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative experience that we discover together.  When there is positive regard and trust the client can be free to address issues without fear.  This is the best environment for finding the positive changes that can transform lives.  When people have the space to be heard and are  finally able to nurture their wellbeing and discover the problem solving skills they need then transformation is truly possible.
